The Exchange and Transfer Committee (ETC) is a group of diverse commerce students who are dedicated to integrating exchange students in the Queen's community. ETC helps exchange students with their transition to Queen's through a variety of initiatives aimed at building meaningful relationships with fellow students and the Kingston community.

ABOUT US

BUDDY PROGRAM

Exchange students who sign up for the Buddy Program are paired with a Queen’s student to assist with their transition.

EVENTS

ETC regularly organizes events for exchange students to socialize and experience the Queen’s and Kingston community. Events to look forward to include: ETC BBQ (frosh week), Night at the Grizz and ETC Semi-Formal.

INTRAMURALS

For the Fall 2018 semester, we will be running exchange teams in soccer, volleyball and ultimate Frisbee. Sign up to be selected on a team with players who desire the same level of competition!

WHAT WE DO

STUDY HALL

We all know you want to have a great time on exchange, and part of that is being successful academically. Once a week, exchange students are invited to come to study and ask questions to ETC executives at Study Hall.

To uphold our mandate of integrating exchange students in the Queen's community, ETC has 4 core initiatives: ETC Buddy Program, Events, Study Hall and Intramurals.
